Users receive messages only after providing prior consent through a website form, our booking app, or the registration process.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text STOP to the number you received messages from. Upon sending STOP, we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Students must be at least 14 years old to practice at Brooklyn Burn. Students ages 14 and 15 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian and must have a liability waiver signed by a parent or guardian. Students ages 16 and 17 must have a parent or guardian sign the liability waiver before taking their first class.

Brooklyn Burn Hot Pilates & Yoga of NY LLC  provides fitness and wellness services, including hot pilates, hot yoga, and hot barre classes, sauna and cold plunge sessions, memberships and class packages, class scheduling and booking, marketing communications, and related online services.

All services must be used for lawful purposes only and in compliance with applicable federal and state laws.

Certain Website and app features may require registration.

You agree to:

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false or misleading information.

Hot pilates, hot yoga, hot barre, sauna, and cold plunge services involve physical exertion and exposure to elevated or reduced temperatures, which carry inherent risks.

By participating, you represent that you are in adequate physical condition and have no medical condition that would prevent safe participation. You should consult a physician before beginning any exercise program or using heat/cold therapy services.

All students must sign a liability waiver before participating in classes or services. You agree to follow all studio rules, etiquette guidelines, and staff instructions while on our premises.

• Classes may be booked, managed, and cancelled through our app.
• A late cancellation window of 8 hours applies. Failure to cancel at least 8 hours before class will result in a $10 late cancellation fee. No-shows will be charged $20.
• Late arrivals cannot be admitted. Please arrive at least 10 minutes early and sign in at least 5 minutes before class.
• Waitlist spots move automatically as others cancel; you will receive a text confirmation if you are added to a class.
• Memberships are billed automatically each month for the applicable membership term.
• We are cash-less. A card on file is required to ensure seamless processing of any incidentals.
• Brooklyn Burn is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items.

If you purchase any paid services:

• You agree to provide accurate billing information
• You authorize Brooklyn Burn Hot Pilates & Yoga of NY LLC or its payment processor to charge your payment method, including recurring monthly membership payments and applicable fees
• Payments are processed according to the pricing displayed at checkout; taxes are not included in listed prices and will be calculated at checkout

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any products or services once a transaction has been completed.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.
